A Schaumburg firm recently received a telephone call from adoctor whose practice was ailing and showed all the signs of dying ifthe correct diagnosis wasn't made and the right medicine applied.
"The doctor said he was working twice as hard, but his cash flowwas down and his staff was unhappy," said Rose Ann Richards, afounder and vice president of KMR Associates, a firm specializing incorrecting the business side of a doctor's practice.
